The 2-way split from Cicada 3301 and Viciado de Nulidad combines two types of noise and experimental sound that complement the story behind the tracks. Cicada 3301 portrays the banished ones who hold onto their beliefs and power, while the owners of everything are blinded by their arrogance and will face their downfall. Viciado de Nulidad depicts the arrogant gods of absolute truth, with the truth carried by submerged voices who will eventually triumph over their owners' cognitive dissonance. The split is a deeply profound story composition.

CICADA 3301

Here come the banished ones, crawling on their knees, their knives at the ready. They feel as if they have reached the peak of their power, but their triumph is short-lived. The owners of everything look down on them with disdain, for they know that true power does not come from brute force alone.

Despite their lowly status, the banished ones cling to their beliefs, holding onto the truth that they carry on their shoulders. They know that time is on their side, and that eventually, their voices will be heard.

As the owners of everything bask in their false sense of security, they fail to see the signs of their own downfall. The light that slips through the cracks in their false gold walls is a foreshadowing of their imminent demise. The banished ones see this, and they know that the cognitive dissonance of the owners is the sound of their own downfall, as the saw of fate cuts through the air.

Viciado de Nulidad

Ahí vienen los dioses de las verdades absolutas, arrastrándose, babeando y gimiendo; chispeando sus cuchillos desafilados. Sintiéndose en la cumbre, en alguna cumbre están. Su altura no es de las buenas, queridos dueños de todo. Hay gritos desangrados que quieren pasar por melodías amorosas. Se cuelan haces de luz en el muro de falso oro. Son voces sumergidas, pero no ahogadas, aparecen acá y allá, llevan la verdad sobre los hombros y tiene el tiempo de su lado. Y esos dueños de todo, adictos a sí mismos y a todo lo que menos importa en la vida, sonríen seguros, aferrados a su estrategia de dedo y sol. Esa disonancia cognitiva, ese ruidito que quieren arrinconar es el serrucho de su aterrizaje.

Here come the gods of absolute truths, crawling, drooling and moaning; sparking their dull knives. Feeling at the summit, they are at some summit. Your height is not good, dear owners of everything. There are bloody screams that want to pass for love melodies. Beams of light slip into the false gold wall. They are submerged voices, but not drowned, they appear here and there, they carry the truth on their shoulders and time is on their side. And those owners of everything, addicted to themselves and to everything that matters less in life, smile confidently, clinging to their finger and sun strategy. That cognitive dissonance, that little noise that they want to corner is the saw of their landing.
